Job Description

Dandy is hiring a team of top software engineers to build digital products and scale our managed marketplace. As one of Dandy's first engineers, you will play a key role in building our tech team. You'll constantly be challenged to learn new technologies, establish best practices, and be given the freedom to solve problems on your own and learn by doing.

As dentistry has evolved a software ecosystem that is heavily Windows-based, our native integration platform is critical to our success. As a Senior Native Platform Engineer, you will be key to the development of our platform to create next-level 3D intraoral scanning experiences, as well as EMR integrations for dentists.

Relevant technologies: .NET, C#, TypeScript

What You'll Do

• Build Dandy’s desktop tools to facilitate 3D scanning and EMR integrations
• Work closely with product owners on a feature focused team to deliver value quickly to Dandy’s customers.
• Build a world-class experience for dentists and their patients.
• Reinvent a broken process and disrupt a legacy industry through novel and scalable product design.

What We're Looking For

• History of creating applications for Windows computers.
• Extensive experience with Low level .NET
  • .NET Debugger/Assembler (e.g. DNSpy).
  • Experience with CIL
  • Familiar with .NET internals
• Experience creating software architecture diagrams
• Experience with large software systems (especially Windows Desktop software)

Bonus Points For:

• In-depth C# / .NET development experience (not required, but a huge bonus)
• Experience documenting coding and architectural decisions
• Experience with API’s and server architecture
• Time spent at a venture-backed startup during hyper-growth
