    The Role
    Recruiting is the heart and center of our business and mission. As Guide's first recruiter(!), you'll partner strategically with our CEO and hiring managers to hit hiring targets and help shepherd the most innovative candidate experience on the planet (we mean it).

    • Work closely with our CEO to build the foundations of recruiting @ Guide, defining our initial hiring playbook
    • Help define and hit key hiring targets to build our foundational teams in GTM, Engineering, Product and Design
    • Design, test, iterate and improve our recruiting and CX practices (we’re modeling the change we wish to see - and ultimately deliver through our software)
    • Partner closely with leadereship and hiring managers on develop internal candidate experience strategy and empower HMs to coach their direct teams on these practices
    • Lead the measurement and improvement of candidate satisfaction and cNPS
    • Meaningfully shape our product roadmap by experimenting with new candidate exeprience practices and pushing our product to the limits to better serve candidates — working with product to inform what we build next

    The Fit (you!)

    • You have 5+ years of SaaS recruiting experience, preferrably in HR Tech
    • You have a proven track record of hitting hiring targets with senior level candidates across various functions
    • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present to diverse audiences and influence internal stakeholders
    • You have excellent organization, project management and time management skills
    • You're detail, strategic and results oriented. You can zoom out to help plan business strategy and then zoom in to deliver in the weeds
    • You're self-starter who can be scrappy and get things done with limited resources. You're comfortable with the ambiguity and lack of processes at an early-stage start-up
    • You have a genuine empathy for candidates and a passion for helping teams grow and job seekers flourish
    • You're a kind human who wants to build a world-class recruiting culture, team and brand
