What a SeniorHR Specialist(L&D) Does in Titansoft
1. Develop and implement a learning strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives
2. Design and implement the training program(e.g. mentorship, competencies, leadership training)
3. Implement various learning methods for the company (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
4. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings
5. Track L&D related data and provide insights
6. Assist with ad-hoc HR administrative tasks as required
