Product Manager (E-Sport/Game Industry) - startup oi｜Meet.jobs

Our client is an E-Sport Nation is the revolutionary metaverse for sport addicts, providing
reliable, robust and immersive experience to sport fans with their beloved games. When users
play their high-quality blockchain products, they not only experience the new definition of
playing sports, but also live across the authenticity of meta-verse. Eventually, users are
taken to the pathway of a future entertainment world.

This futuristic vision is unique and catchy, therefore, they are looking for a Product Manager, a
critical role for the company. This person has an overview of technology in game development,
blockchain integration and marketplace back-end, experiences in product development phase
and has strong competency in ensuring the products to get done on time and on budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Champion:

• Manage end-to-end life cycles for AAA sports games with complex economies and feature areas.
• Write feature specification and defining in-game flows, working closely with the studio game designers.
• Translate product features and ideas into detailed requirements and prototypes, then prioritize based on business impact
• Own the business goals for your products, taking decisions to meet market and company’s needs.
• Monitor game and market status to constantly question assumptions and make adjustments to systems and campaigns Project Champion:
• Be the key contact of the projects in-charge with Production team (Game Designer, Developers and Artists) to ensure all the projects are delivered on time at the highest quality.
• Own the project milestones (releases, IDO, INO, …), monitor them and make timely and efficient decisions to deliver. Market Understanding:
• Drive in-depth data analysis and research that will inform product decisions. Beyond This Role:
