    About the Role

    We’re looking to expand our recruiting team in preparation for massive growth this year and next! As a Technical Recruiter, you will be joining a small, tight-knit team, and manage a variety of technical roles across software, hardware, and product. You will own the entire recruiting process, from managing internal clients, qualifying job requirements, sourcing, recruiting and closing exceptional candidates.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnerships and an exceptional candidate experience.
    • Screen resumes, source candidates, and evaluate potential fit for Lambda.
    • Facilitate interviews and guide the hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership.
    • Manage the offer process with hiring managers, leadership, and HR.
    • Continuously explore new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process.

    You

    • Have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a competitive industry OR agency recruiting experience; working with startup clients (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates).
    • Are able to effectively evaluate candidates for both behavioral fit and technical competencies.
    • Have an interest in emerging technologies and an aptitude for learning new industries and new technical skill sets.
    • Are proficient in sourcing on platforms; LinkedIn, angellist, github, as well as other techniques.
    • Have experience utilizing an applicant tracking system to create metrics and manage candidate pipelines.
    • Have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry
    • Experience with Greenhouse or Lever
    • Expertise with GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
