Experience Designer (UX) - Morpheus One｜Meet.jobs

This a full-time, permanent, fully remote position.
Hiring in Asia, the US, Canada, and LATAM for this position

Responsibilities
Tools: Figma, Jira

• Collaborate on project briefs, scoping, and user research for feature design decisions, ensure usability and consistency across all the UX design
• Create and test wireframes, user flows, prototypes
• Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to collect data and feedback, build and test product feature designs
• Be a self-starter and a team player keen on mentoring others and growing your own skill set within a fast paced environment

Qualifications

• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• 3+ years of relevant experience in UX/ product design for SaaS with 100K+ monthly users
• Thorough understanding of design approaches, including journey maps, wireframes/click-throughs, dynamic prototypes, user flows
• Proficiency in design-related tools (eg: Figma, Adobe, Sketch, Miro)
• Knowledge of the technology behind web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) Nice to have
• Experience in e-commerce, or tech startup
• Team lead experience
