Who Will Deliver With You

This role will be part of our software delivery team and build our Platform. Our Platform fuels the growth of GOGOX in multiple regions through APIs and internal tools. We cooperate with different stakeholders in a cross-functional team. Each team is dedicated to discover and solve problems in a particular area. Our challenges mainly focus on localization, geo-spatial, and decoupling current service offerings.

*Your Delivery *

• Solve complex software engineering problems and build resilient production systems
• Debug and prevent production issues of our Platform
• Explore new technology to enhance the product possibilities in areas such as geospatial, logistics, computer vision, and more.
• Improve Platform continuously in performance, observability, etc.
• Compose and evolve platform architecture and coding standard
• Lead initiatives to improve the capability and resiliency of Platform

Who You Are

• Substantial server-side development experience, preferably Ruby on Rail, Java, Node.JS.
• Hold a high bar of standard in testing and operating any production systems.
• Obsessed with automating yourself out of your current job.
• Think about and solve problems in terms of systems and services.
• Have fun in building prototypes with new technology.
• Enjoy collaborating with different subject matter experts.
• Brave enough to tune production systems setup
• Have experience in distributed computing patterns and tools such as enterprise design patterns, Kubernetes and Kafka.
• Will be a big plus if you have experience in E-Commerce, Logistics, Fulfillment, Fintech industry

• Build and iterate APIs to service different personas on our Platform
• Build tools to super-power our regional operation teams
• Build tools to beef up our fellow software engineers
