주요 업무:

GOGOX 한국 서비스 개발팀 리딩
글로벌 개발팀과의 협업 주도 및 기존 시스템의 문제점 개선
기술 부채 해결 방안을 제안하고 계획 및 실행 주도
코드 리뷰 및 생산성 개선 주도
요구사항

5년 이상의 개발 경험 및 2년 이상의 풀스택 개발팀 리딩 경험
다양한 리스크 관리 및 서비스 운영 이슈 해결 경험
새로운 기술이나 주사용 언어 이외의 프로그래밍 언어 습득 경험
자동화에 대한 고민과 연구
AWS, GCP 사용 경험과 높은 이해도

What you will do:

Lead and coach a team of software engineers in Korea
Lead service architecture design and code review
Communicate team priorities and coordinate cross-team initiatives
Plan and execute to improve service integration

Who you are:

Passion for the startup
Servant leadership and humble listening and communication skills
5+ years of relevant experience in software development
Proven track record in managing a full-stack engineering team
Practical skills in designing, coding in any modern coding languages
Broad knowledge of cloud services like GCP, AWS
