    TE Connectivity's Integrated Marketing team designs, executes and reports on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement through the ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners and influencers. They create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels (advertising, public relations, digital/social media, collateral and events), ensuring the alignment of campaign strategy with overall marketing strategy and business priorities. They monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure TE consistently implements successful promotional campaigns and programs and are responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail and advertisements, working closely with Business Units and Center Communications teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging.

    The Energy Business Unit’s Marketing Team is a dynamic and diverse team seated in five different countries and representing eight cultures. We’re looking for a new team member to contribute to our success as we support business growth in the renewables, power utilities and industrial vertical segments.

    The Global Integrated Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for developing, managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and communications programs for the Energy Business Unit (BU) across all media. This role has a global scope and is primarily responsible for planning and executing Renewable Energy campaigns, driving product launches and promotions as well as live and virtual events.

    You will define and execute the go-to-market adaptation and activation of campaigns across the globe. These include localization of content, sales and distribution enablement, and paid media programs to help increase brand awareness, and drive demand generation and revenue growth. You will provide important customer insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing content.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be self-directed and able to flawlessly execute on a variety of projects while partnering with multiple stakeholders including product management, sales, engineering. We are looking for a marketing expert who has experience working in an international, matrixed organization and is expert at communicating in written, oral and digital forms. Fluency in English and German are required. 

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive our global marketing strategy for renewable energy, planning, creating and adapting content to local markets / languages and execute across all media, including print, video, digital to increase brand awareness, grow demand, enable sales and distributors.
    • Develop go-to-market and sales enablement tools to launch and promote key product ranges across all media.
    • Define and track metrics linked to marketing success and, leveraging Account Base Marketing, analytics and data-driven insights on marketing effectiveness, continuously adapt and improve messaging and campaigns to ensure they deliver the desired business results. 
    • Act as a consultant to and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including other Marketing Team members, Product Management, Sales, and Distribution partner marketing teams.
    • Trade show planning, budget management, execution, and post-event KPI reporting of around 6 small, medium and large tradeshows/ exhibitions in EMEA and APAC.
    • Define and manage tradeshow vendor services for booth materials and promotional items for Global Sales teams, ensure maintenance/ renewal of stocked items.
    • Manage external creative agencies to develop online and offline marketing deliverables in line with corporate guidelines.
    • Lead and/or support other marketing-related projects for the Energy BU or cross-BU as required.
    • Up to 10% travel required post-pandemic.
     

    What your background should look like:

    Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing or communications.
    • 5+ years of integrated marketing experience in an international B2B or technology company with min. 3 years of live and virtual event marketing experience.
    • Highly skilled in project management and managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously while providing flawless execution.
    • Track record of developing and managing impactful campaigns across the marketing mix, from digital to print.
    • Experience providing direction to agencies and managing vendor relationships and budgets.
    • Fluent in English and German.
    • A plus: experience with lead capture platforms (iCapture), sales and marketing automation systems (such as Eloqua, SalesForce).
