    YOUR TASKS

    • You control the digital communication & marketing of services within the PAYBACK app (mostly via Owned Media)
    • You take care of performance-driven measures aiming at increasing the reach of individual services and implement a CRM communication strategy to optimize the engagement with the services
    • Evaluation and optimization of campaigns based on common performance KPIs
    • You will work on the expansion and further development of individual services (especially in the field of mobile gaming)
     

    YOUR PROFIL

    • You have completed a commercial training or a degree with a focus on business administration, marketing, data analysis or a comparable professional qualification
    • You have several years of experience in the field of performance marketing - ideally in the field of app performance (mobile user acquisition & retention, fraud prevention, etc.) and/or CRM
    • Ideally, you have experience in the field of mobile gaming
    • You bring very good excel skills and sovereignty in dealing with analysis tools
    • You have an analytical mindset and enjoy dealing with numbers
    • You have very good knowledge of spoken and written English. German skills would be a plus
