Since its foundation in 1998, the IU International University of Applied Sciences has developed into the largest private university of applied sciences for online and dual study programmes in Europe. We offer more than 200 career-oriented Bachelor & Master programmes in various disciplines. These English and German language programmes are all accredited and state-recognised. On top, we started developing product offerings around upskilling with nano-degrees to accelerate the upskilling gap most countries face.

Become part of our team immediately / by arrangement in full-time at our location in Munich, Berlin or remotely (throughout Germany) as Project Lead Education Products (m/f/d).
Deine Aufgaben
Your tasks:
- You manage important projects along the customer journey of our online study programs
- You own and manage projects end-to-end with full accountability for implementation
- Within the scope of projects, you will further develop our digital products and services and thereby increase growth potential and customer satisfaction
- For the implementation of the projects, you will brief and manage colleagues from different teams such as IT, marketing, sales or administration
- You always have our KPIs in view, because all projects in the team contribute directly or indirectly to elementary key figures for the overall development of the university: attracting new students, increasing customer satisfaction, improving study progression
- You permanently put yourself in the customer's perspective and develop your own data-based and customer-centered ideas for the further development of our product range
- You work closely with our Head of Commercial Product Development to discuss your projects and strategic priorities
Dein Profil
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a university degree (business administration, marketing or comparable) and have already successfully put your implementation skills and analytical skills into practice
- Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience as a project manager (m / f / d) in consulting, ambitious or complex environments
- Since you don't like bureaucracy any more than we do, speed and efficient processes in an agile project environment are just as important to you as we are
- You are characterized by an affinity for IT and a good understanding of the implementation of requirements in IT solutions
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with various stakeholders
- You are a talented organizer with a result-oriented way of working and always keep track of things even in turbulent times
- You prefer a startup-like environment without politics in the company - in order to concentrate more on the essentials
- You are ready to take responsibility for projects and make decisions
