Job Responsibilities
- Work with global talent team to create our regional talent acquisition strategy and processes
- Identify creative new sources of talent, particularly among underrepresented communities
- Create an onboarding program to ensure Americas colleagues are well-integrated into Amber’s global businesses
- Establish a transparent evaluation and talent management framework incorporating Amber OKRs
- Evolve our talent management processes to reflect changes in the dynamic world of digital assets and lifestyle
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years relevant recruiting and talent management experience in a structured, high growth environment.
- Specific HR training/education a plus Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects Startup mentality, with a “can-do” attitude including ability to travel for industry events
