Modern Treasury is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our GTM tech stack with primary focus on Salesforce’s Sales & Service modules. You will work cross functionally with the Sales, Customer Success, Bank Partnerships and Marketing team to identify gaps and develop solutions to help scale our systems and optimize processes.
We are looking for someone who has deep technical knowledge of Salesforce as well as a thorough understanding of the B2B SaaS buyer’s journey. You will help the team design and implement processes within Salesforce that enable us to track and gain visibility into the buyer’s journey. You will work with the stakeholders to define requirements and customize the platform to meet the company goals. You will own day-to-day administrative activities within Salesforce and it’s integrated systems. You will make it as easy as possible for the Sales and CS team to use and adopt Salesforce. You will stay up to date with the Salesforce releases, features and best practices and will be constantly thinking about incorporating them to support team objectives.

WEEK BY WEEK
During your first week you will:
Onboard with our team
Develop an understanding of our customers and our products
Read our favorite industry primers
Build an understanding of our brand positioning, sales process, and customer stories
Build an understanding of how we integrate with banks and how banks benefit from Modern Treasury.
During your first six weeks you will:
Develop an understanding of the object and process configuration within Salesforce
Familiarize with the installed managed packages
Build an understanding of the pre-sales and post-sales process
Identify process automation gaps within the core sales process and build out a plan to get them implemented
Build out reports to monitor data flow between systems and across processes
Start managing the day-to-day activities within Salesforce
Develop a regular cadence of engaging with each stakeholder
During your first six months you will:
Evaluate, recommend and implement additional tools and technologies as needed to support, optimize and scale the current GTM processes
Collaborate with the Data team to build and/or enhance the data pipeline between Segment and Salesforce
Create and maintain data flow and process documentation
Gather requirements, create a prioritized roadmap and implement solutions to meet stakeholder needs
Establish strong operational processes based on best practices within Salesforce and integrated tools
Own end to end Salesforce configuration including user management, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, process builders, reports and dashboards
Become a trusted partner to Sales and CS teams
4+ years of Salesforce administration experience
Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Salesloft, ChiliPiper, Gong a plus
