Your tasks
- You are responsible for Salesforce solutions for our internal and external customers of Bosch Service Solution
- Lead and mentor an international team of Developers
- Be at the forefront of the design and implementation of new features/integrations and enhance existing functionality based on IT or project requirements/priority
- Represent the service to the application owner in the business (e.g. raise awareness about new features and functionalities)
- Develop best practices and standards within the Salesforce team (clouds, projects standards, coding, release management, monitoring etc.)
- Continuous improvement and changes within the scope of Salesforce services Work on best practices with regards to Governance and building up a Center of excellence
Your profile
- Proven track-record as a trusted team lead
- Demonstratable experience as a senior developer in more than one of Sales, Marketing, Service and Experience Clouds. Field Service and Finance a plus.
- Proven capabilities of advanced/enterprise level in the Apex language (including limitations) and intermediate skills in modern JavaScript are required
- Excellent knowledge across key platform technologies (Visualforce, Aura and Web components, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, integrations, APIs, platform events, sharing)
- You will to be up to date on developments, technology trends and innovation
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, communication skills and intercultural competence
- Experience in team building, mentoring development and hiring

- Solid understanding of software architecture and integration with off-platform functionality, in particular API first designs and API integration
