Your New Role:
- Partner with NBC and team to drive the launch and adoption of services, maximising benefits realisation.
- Support on resolving org scoping queries in assigned country, seeking additional expertise from the CoE team as necessary.
- Onboard the NBC and team on launch project materials and best practices from the BSM Centre of Excellence (CoE).
- Proactively support NBC and BSM Project Manager on launch projects.
- Ensure the NBC and team adhere to Portfolio Coordination Office (PCO) processes and CoE best practices, intervening proactively.
- Proactively problem solve, i.e. arrange rapid response working groups to address specific problems, involving relevant GBC teams.
- Lead the communications channel between the GBC and NBC.
- Advise and constructively challenge the GBC and Cluster in country-specific matters.
- Act as the "voice of the customer", feeding back learnings into the CoE and wider GBC
- Track and report progress on transition to the new org structure.
- Track and report progress of launch projects through stage gates and provide updates to PCO.
- Track and report progress on training and comms activities happening in assigned country.
- Prioritise and deliver outputs to time, cost and quality expectations.
- Manage the team, motivating team members and safeguarding their wellbeing.
- Provide technical / business coaching to ensure team members deliver on expectations.
- Nurture and develop talent to grow within their roles.
About You:
- 2:1 degree
- Extensive Project Management experience, with a focus on risk and issue management, change control, and status reporting
- Experienced manager, driven to facilitate a team to success
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile ways of working
- Experience in and comfort with working in fast paced environments
- Expertise in project planning, programme or portfolio management, dependency identification and management, problem analysis and problem solving, business process design, technical design, change management, and management of third parties
- Expertise in setting up new processes and governance across international teams and associated change management
- Expertise in tracking, realisation and maximisation of financial and non-financial benefits.

What you will get in Return:
- Salary starting from £55,915 rising to £81,415
- 5-day/50-hours per week, working Monday to Friday, with the opportunity of 3 days a week remote working.
