    Job description

    We are recruiting an IT Support Technician to assist with centrally provided IT, through the Information and Digital (IDG) Group, assisting customers with IT-related issues as part of the Desk-Side support function.

    We are looking for a highly motivated individual with good technical and customer service skills, capable of learning quickly and managing their own workload.

    The role will include undertaking a broad range of technical support duties including responding to incoming requests, troubleshooting and resolving IT problems, installation and configuration of new equipment and software.

    Also responsible for providing advice and training and updating knowledge articles and documentation as required.
