ECS Lead Talent Acquisition Specialists build strong relationships with Practice Heads, Client Directors, Sales and Service Delivery functions within ECS. You'll work closely with Practice Heads and Sales, in order to identify talent demand across the business and develop delivery strategies and ongoing talent capability in line with agreed service levels.
You'll ensure timely and effective provision of administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Specialists and produce accurate MI through data analysis, ensuring the Talent Team delivers a comprehensive, professional service which fully meets the requirements of the business and contributes to achieving team & company objectives.
