VP Software Engineering - FORSTOK｜Meet.jobs

Reporting directly to CTO, you will be working closely with senior management to define and achieve company and Engineering goals and roadmap.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Engineering, Development Operations (DevOps) & Quality Assurance
teams

- Scale the product development & engineering team by setting up tools and
process

- Lead the DevOps team to maintain and build out our infrastructure and servers
currently operating on AWS, including capacity planning, tuning system
stability, performance and scaling of the application & infrastructure.

- Attract, guide and retain engineering talents to ensure company achieve its
objective


Desired Skills & Experience

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent with total 7+ years of working experience.
- Have 4+ years work experience leading team of 10+ engineers
- Extensive experience in developing and maintaining complex systems and exposure to Ruby on Rails framework
- 3+ years of experience in scaling and optimizing AWS Server
Excellent communicator and ability to solve problems
