    🚀 The opportunity

    Do you love developing relationships, learning, and working with customers? Let’s talk! We’re looking to add a full-time Customer Success Agent who will work closely with our Business accounts and take a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction and product adoption.

    📚 The day-to-day

    • Support existing Everlance Business customers from education and best-practices to troubleshooting.
    • Ensure successful transitions with new clients from a trial-basis to fully onboarding their team members.
    • Conduct training sessions for new Business Account members.
    • Complete Customer Objective Reviews quarterly with Business Account leadership.
    • Act as POC for existing clients who have technical issues and partner with the engineering team until the issue is resolved.
    • Maintain the Help Center as an accurate educational resource for the Business Product.
    • Understand and support the unique use-case, policies, and procedures of each client.
    • Surface key insights or pain points from clients to product/engineering in an actionable way
    • Engage with customers (admins and employees) over the phone, by email, and through Zoom.

    ✅ Requirements

    • Able to work during Everlance Business hours, engage with users across all channels (phone, email, etc.), and partake in video conferencing best practices (screen sharing, keeping the camera on, etc.).
    • Team player who looks to lift up other teammates with a positive attitude and surface insights to the larger team.
    • Emotional intelligence in spades and demonstrated ability to empathize with and placate escalated users.

    • Previous experience with working remotely is a big plus!

    Here are some additional details about the role:

    • The starting compensation is $20/hour
    • This is an independent contractor position
    • This is a remote position
    • Must have a US Bank or PayPal account
    • Must be able to work in EST business hours.
    • Must be in a country where the Everlance is available to download (this role often entails troubleshooting and screensharing the app on your own device)

    This role would begin with 2 weeks of 30 hours of training and turn into full-time once training is completed. We hope you can join our team!
