    Axel Springer Group Legal is the central legal department of Axel Springer SE. It advises and supports all of Axel Springers divisions and subsidiaries in legal matters and questions. We are active in particular in the following areas of law:

    Become a_

    Senior Compliance Manager / Business Unit Compliance Officer (Group Legal) with the following tasks:

    • Developing and expanding the compliance management system, in particular at subsidiaries of Axel Springer
    • Analyzing compliance risks and implementing suitable measures for compliance risk management
    • Creating content for guidelines and training programs as well as coordination and implementation of training courses
    • Giving competent advice on compliance issues and handling compliance reports
     

    You are a_

    experienced Compliance Manager and bring the following to the table:

    • You have successfully completed a university degree in law or business administration
    • You have 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in compliance or compliance-related areas in an international company, a consulting, auditing, or corporate law firm
    • You have a strong understanding of operational processes and an affinity for digital business models
    • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and very good judgement
    • Your independent, solution- and result-oriented approach is paired with a high degree of team spirit
    • You have a high level of integrity and are confident at all hierarchical levels
    • You have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to promote a compliance culture in line with our corporate values
    • You are business fluent in English; knowledge of other foreign languages such as French would be an advantage; willingness to travel
