    Locations in Germany: Berlin, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, München, Nürnberg, Saarbrücken, Stuttgart or remote

     

    YOUR TASKS

    • Coordinate and conduct position evaluations, salary analyses and benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation structures in our company, including analysis of the results and development of recommendations for managers and HR
    • Proactively identify market trends and independently translate them into competitive and innovative solutions for our company
    • Further development of compensation and benefits offerings, and driving forward corresponding topics
    • Active participation in national and, if necessary, international projects on compensation and benefits topics
    • Reliable contact person for all employees, managers and HR on compensation and benefits topics
    • Independent administration of the company’s pension and health care plan
    • Contact for our "Personal Pension Plan", company and private accident insurance as well as foreign travel health insurance
    • Initial contact for pensioners and calculation of dynamic pension increases
    • Administrative support for quarterly and annual financial statements on the subject of company pension plans
    • Internal contact person for special inquiries regarding Lurse benchmarking in Germany, as well as interface to our contact persons at Lurse
    • Regularly check and update job matching based on Lurse job codes and prepare and submit data to Lurse once a year
     

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification
    • First professional experience in compensation and benefits, including company pension schemes
    • Experience in designing and implementing modern compensation systems, e.g., in an agile environment
    • Very good understanding of market trends
    • Analytical and conceptual skills
    • Knowledge in the use of personnel information system Workday desirable
    • Team orientation and communication skills
    • Fluent in German and English
