    Senior Manager*, HRIS / Workday – Time Tracking and Absence Management

    Locations in Germany: Berlin, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, München, Nürnberg, Saarbrücken or Stuttgart 

     

    WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

    • Be the Workday expert of time tracking and absence management, understanding the tool and the processes connected to it
    • Build and execute implementation plans for the new Workday module Time Tracking and Absence Management, including design, configuration, QA testing, deployment, training and support
    • Prepare new releases for Workday, whilst maintaining awareness of changes and challenges
    • Act as the technical point of contact between different business areas and stakeholders
    • Analyze business processes and consult stakeholders on Workday’s capabilities and the feasibility of their initiatives 
    • Troubleshoot technical problems and conduct tests to assist in issue resolution
    • Assist and mentor others with “how to” questions on Workday
    • Work closely with the other HRIS team members, including external consultants, on individual projects
    • Analyze, develop and carry out data quality control measures to assist in achieving data integrity and accuracy in Workday
     

    YOUR PROFILE

    Must have/what you'll definitely need 

    • Experience in Workday’s “Time Tracking and Absence Management” module
    • To be a highly detail-oriented and structured individual
    • Hands-on mentality for problem solving
    • Ability to zoom out and understand context and dependencies
    • An affinity for IT, fun to learn about something new
    • Analytical thinking: A good understanding of complex processes and data
    • Growth mindset and the ability and passion to learn new technical skills
    • Team player mentality and a drive to share and collaborate
    • Excellent (business and technical) communications skills (written and oral)
    • Very good knowledge of German and fluent English
    • Burning desire to build a bridge between HR and IT designing excellent solutions for your internal colleagues
    • High job commitment and strong work ethic
