To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst / Web Analyst (m/f/d) in Hamburg, Düsseldorf or London. As part of our Marketing Data Insights team you will ensure the appropriate support to our Online Marketing and Product Development departments in making data-driven decisions and achieving company goals.

Your Tasks
- Prepare proactive analyses: identify areas for improvement in Online Marketing and support the business in achieving its goals
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations: Support online marketing in evaluating new ideas and results of their work
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses: derive recommendations for operational measures
- Collaboration: work closely with other departments and management to prepare data-based decision-making
- Reports and dashboards: Create regular reports and dashboards and control the development of traffic figures
- Overall: Ensure high data quality
What you bring with you
- Practical experience: in web analytics or related areas (statistics, market research, data science etc.)
- Tools: Experience with web analytics tools, ideally with Adobe Analytics (Omniture)
- Tool knowledge that's a plus: R, Python and/or SQL
- You are: data-driven and good with numbers, while still being able to explain those even to a kid
- Softskills: proactive, self-reliant, self-reflective and being an assertive team-player with excellent communication skills
- Language skills: Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills, German is a plus
