    Team Lead / Manager Omnichannel B2C – Marketing (f/m/d)
    (Hamburg or Berlin, Permanent, Full-time)

    We are looking for a Team Lead Multichannel Marketing (m/f/d) that drives and grows innovation in B2C-Marketing to attract patients globally to enroll with Clariness into clinical trials.

     

    Your tasks:

    • Be responsible for planning, conception, implementation, and evaluation of our multichannel B2C-marketing measures, including the optimization of existing channels but also the systematic investigation and implementation of new sources and channels
    • Expanding our reach by establishing new digital and non-digital marketing channels and devising strategies to drive traffic to our ClinLife platform
    • Lead, guide, and enable the Clariness B2C Marketing team and encourage the team to be creative and take risks
    • Coordinate advertising materials and marketing campaigns with internal departments and external partners and interfaces
    • Collect qualitative and quantitative data and analyze campaigns to monitor and derive optimization potentials with the aim of increasing performance 
     

    Your profile:

    • 3+ years of B2C Marketing experience ideally in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or a related field to our business
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Digital Business, Business Informatics, or other (analytical) academic backgrounds
    • First leadership experience
    • Passionate about Online Marketing, exploring digital trends and new marketing channels
    • You have a hands-on mentality, high ability of analytical and strategic thinking to not just take on operational tasks but also collaborate with others to solve customer problems
    • Creativity and assertiveness, as well as a structured way of working, characterize you 
    • Team player, strong communicator, and an initiator, who not talks but acts on a problem
    • Excellent communication skills in English are essential - German is a plus
