Your Impact
- Oversee the candidate experience end to end and make recommendations for improvements
- Use your organizational skills to manage and drive the team's hiring efforts against challenging deadlines
- Coordinate a high volume of virtual interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
- Support the team in generating ideas for scouting world-leading talent
- Effectively communicate cross-functionally with several hiring teams and stakeholders
- Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
- Craft and update job descriptions
- Relationship-manage candidates through the process, acting as their advocate
- Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
- Work on special projects and assist the Talent team as needed
Requirements
- Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role preferably in a tech start up
- An excellent communicator with a strong ability to conduct effective verbal and written communications
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment while remaining incredibly attentive to detail
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and strong sense of accountability and urgency
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Ability to prioritize a high volume of incoming work and proactively provide the best candidate experience
- Analytical – able to solve problems creatively and articulate solutions and suggestions
- Experience with Google Suite Products (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, etc)
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with blockchains, smart contracts and other decentralized systems
- Experience working in a tech startup, and/or blockchain company
