GTM Program Manager - Chainlink Labs｜Meet.jobs

As our Program Manager for GTM, you will ensure timely updates and delivery of development across the GTM Operations space. Our ideal candidate has managed multiple large deployment initiatives and has the skills to drive results and overcome obstacles.

This role reports to the Head of Sales Operations and acts as the Chief of Staff for the GTM operations team. You will coordinate multi faceted projects and resources to ensure a reduction in productivity wastage. Your Impact

• Initiate and own emerging product GTM readiness, driving ambiguity to clarity and solutions
• Use Program Management experience to create project plans and implement programs in a high-pressure environment while staying engaged with key partners
• Responsible for helping develop and deliver organizational priorities across GTM Team
• Leading the process for the development of long-term strategy as well as fiscal year goals, set direction and drive resource alignment
• Oversee new initiatives, engage with teams and build relationships across the company in order to drive impact
• Plan, direct schedules, track and monitor project activities from initiation through delivery
• Identify and articulate new business needs as these arise

Requirements

• 2+ years of Program Management, GTM planning and execution, or related work experience
• PMP Certification from a know institute
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Agile Development methodology
• Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, limited resources, and high intensity
• A self-starter mentality, able to work independently and proactively to resolve issues
• Genuine interest in the blockchain industry and understanding of the ecosystem
