    Project Engineer / Project Manager / (m/f/d)

     

    Your Challenge

    Would you like to develop your personality and take on more responsibility? We offer you career opportunities in an international company. We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager / Project Engineer (m/f/d) as soon as possible. Your new focus will be on the optimization of existing plants or factories and the construction of new facilities. You will work in a team of project engineers and take over the function of the project manager (m/f/d). Challenging tasks are waiting for you.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Planning and execution of technical projects with new technologies according to internal standards in the operating areas of the oil mill
    • Active communication and presentation of the projects within the ADM organization
    • Management of all phases of plant-wide projects under own responsibility and in cooperation with external engineering companies, from the initial idea through the implementation phases to the review after successful commissioning and optimization
    • Establish and maintain a strong safety culture in accordance with ADM guidelines throughout the duration of projects
    • Coordinate and supervise on-site installation contractors
     

    Your Profile

    • After successfully completing your technical studies, you have gained at least five years of relevant work experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing facility
    • You have experience in project management, ideally in the chemical, petrochemical, agricultural, paper processing, food or pharmaceutical industries
    • Your strengths include good organizational, communication and leadership skills, a self-motivated approach to work, and a structured, team- and results-oriented work style
    • Safety is an important issue for you personally, to which you are also committed in your work
    • You are fluent in English
    • You have excellent software skills, including Microsoft Office
