Our HR Operational Excellence Team is looking for a
HR Analyst (d/f/m)

In this exciting global position, you will be significantly responsible for HR Analytics and continuous digitalization in HR. You will collaborate on HR process improvements and ensure strong HR governance. We offer flexible working with presence at one of our locations (Wetzlar or Mannheim) as well as mobile working.
Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for HR analytics and reporting and thus contribute significantly to the governance of the company
- Work with the global HR team to improve HR metrics and standards
- Ensure a strong HR governance through data quality and effective core HR processes
- Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of our HR systems
- Participation in global HR excellence and transformation projects
- Key interface with IT, Finance and within Danaher Group
Our expectations:
- Several years of professional experience in data analytics, reporting and building analytics tools, preferably in an HR environment
- Very good knowledge in Excel and extensive experience in HR systems (Workday)
- You have a passion for process improvement and project management.
- Enjoy working effectively in an international environment and you are very confident in English
- Degree in Business Administration or STEM with very good results
