Business Development Manager D2C KitchenAid Germany/Austria (m/f/d)
As the Business Development Manager D2C you will develop our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business and maximize profitable sales for KitchenAid brand through our D2C channels in line with our EMEA D2C Commercial Strategy.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Define, develop and execute the D2C (direct to consumer) strategy for KitchenAid in Germany and Austria
- Source, prioritize, develop and execute innovative business partnerships, that deliver subscriber acquisition, retention / engagement and conversion
- Cultivate, negotiate, and manage relationships with cross-functional partners
- Develop and implement the KitchenAid experience shop, pop-up store concept, showrooms and product demos at home (online, offline), consumer fair concepts
- Collaborate with the EMEA digital team to develop essential e-commerce functionality, tools and platforms
- Full responsibility for monthly sales and margin delivery
- Grow the number of products sold per order, upsell and recommend a tactical product portfolio
- Analyze consumer database to identify consumer targets and define marketing campaigns
- Analyze sales data, shopper navigation patterns, product views, ROI and conversion rate
- Manage price and margin within the commercial policy for D2C
- Liaise with IT, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Legal Teams
Ihr Profil
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in economics or commercial business
- +4 years of experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing
- A strong digital and ecommerce ecosystem knowledge within marketing and sales
- Experience in the development and implementation of strategic concepts ( e.g. employee benefits programs, closed shopping communities, loyalty and incentive programs)
- Effective negotiation, communication and analytical skills
Preferred skills and experiences:
- Strong marketing and selling skills
- Able to set priorities & meet deadlines in a timely manner
- A teamplayer & like being part of an international dynamic team
- Flexible & able to work in a changing & challenging environment
- Solid experience in working with MS Office
- Fluent in German and English
