As a global industry segment manager for the segment of Energy related business, you will develop strategy and business plans based on industry drivers and trends, coordinate marketing activities in close cooperation with the global marketing department, run trainings on industry needs and approaches, as well as supporting your sales colleagues in acquiring customers and projects.
You will lead and contribute to complex business development projects and/or strategic planning. Define and implement business strategies and plans for profitable growth. Align global sales strategies with identified market needs and growth areas. Proactively develop differentiating strategic ideas, alternative business scenarios, etc. for the respective global business segment. You will manage and run globally coordinated sales initiatives as a vital part of the Global Sales Strategies team.
