Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects within the enterprise and act as a liaison with various functions on project basis.
• Establish project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Work with vendor(s) to ensure project deliveries and timeline is proceeded as expected
• Assist PMO and internal teams defining success criteria.
• Set vendor process per project nature and scope
• Carry out ad hoc tasks assigned by senior management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in project management is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle things in detail.
• Capable of summarizing complicated matters and delivering them concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence - proven ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills or equivalent in Google workplace.
• Proficient in English (writing and reading). Proficiency in another language would be a plus.
• Ability to immerse yourself in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Certified in PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
