- easily builds trusting and stable relationships with customers in the Intelligent Mobility and Software Solutions sector
- understands the needs and challenges of the customers and provides dedicated solutions to their challenges
- brings the right people together to close a deal based on the customer's needs
- thinks big and manages the sales activities on a European level
- enjoys developing our solution portfolio together with our solutions team
- makes quick decisions regarding sales activities and takes responsibility
YOU have …
- education and experience in computer science, industrial engineering or economic sciences
- three to five years of professional experience in the area of business development and sales in the mobility and electronics/software segment, having successfully achieved sales targets
- passion and proven ability to lead a sales team
- hands-on technical experience in our business portfolio (assisted and automated driving, connected mobility, infotainment, SW&EE platforms and integration, FuSa and cyber security as well as systems engineering)
- a high level of team spirit, resilience, enthusiasm, humor and social competence
- stable, excellent networking skills to be successful in cross-functional teams
- the ability to understand both the "big picture" and the interests of individual stakeholders
