This job is highly demanding. It is a lifestyle as much as a job. As a First Code management trainee, you will be supporting the management team in different functions, such as Finance, Business Operations, Marketing etc. You could be asked to review our annual budget, improve our instructor training program, or develop a robust customer referral system. No matter what background you have, be prepared to lead projects.

• Develop a deep understanding of First Code's business operations
• Work with cross-functional teams to smooth the academy’s operations
• Provide quality customer service and customer relations
• Meet customer services needs through identifying opportunities and working with the management team.
• Work with First Code’s operations team to conduct office management, financial, and administrative tasks
• Plan and coordinate community and marketing events, team trips and outings
• Other ad hoc tasks/projects to support Customer Relations, Business Operations, and Marketing functions

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or equivalent
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Driven, quick learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• You get things done
• High energy, with a winning personality and a keen eye for detail
• Availability to work Tuesday - Saturday
