What you will accomplish together with us
We are currently seeking an ERP Integration Manager (m|f|d) for our PMI Office department based at our headquarters in Goettingen, Germany (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH). In this position, you will take over the responsibility for the integration of all SAP processes in the context of ERP roll out activities of Sartorius. Inhere, you will accompany and support the business units in the optimization, consolidation and harmonize the business processes.
- Responsible for the integration of SAP and non-SAP processes, based on the Sartorius roll out approach (guidelines booklet and roll out kit)
- Lead process, system and data integration workstreams within Post Merger Integration projects
- Close cooperation with the integration leads of the various business divisions
- Consult the entire organization up to the board level in terms of execution of integrations, and/or roll out activities
- Defining and monitoring project plans in order to successfully implement the integration topics
- Monitor the integration progress and prepare status update for the steering committees
- Accelerate the continuous development of our roll out methods and tools

- University degree or comparable, or a subject-related vocational training with additional professional training
- Experience with ERP/SAP roll outs in leading preferably biopharma or international consulting is a plus
- Experience with Project Management in an international context - preferably biopharma or international consulting is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to communicate across different hierarchy levels and cultures (communication and partnership with the different Business Functions)
- Know how on Lean Six Sigma, PMI Project Management or Organizational Change Management are preferred
- Structured and efficient way of working within complex projects and pronounced analytical skills, initiative and strategic thinking
- You are a team player with an outstanding ability to manage remote collaborations and create followership
- International willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
- Fluent (business) English skills
