Duties and Responsibilities
- Owning and leading the BAU aspects of HR in DACH, ensuring a customer focused HR service delivery across the entire employee lifecycle, enabling effective and cost-efficient HR processes
- Providing and interpreting HR data analysis and insight, enabling informed, fact-based decision making
- Addressing and challenging existing HR ways of working to ensure maximum efficiency across all day-to-day activities
- Being a “trusted advisor” advise and coach senior management employees on a range of people policies and formal cases, balancing business need alongside employment legislation
- Ensure all disciplinary, grievance and performance issues are addressed suitable
- Partner with Learning and Development to identify organisational and individual capability requirements and align goals, people and process to optimise goals
- Work with Europe People Function Head to design interventions to drive appropriate culture, behaviours, skills and performance
Experience Required
- Experience of working in a local generalist HR role
- Experience of delivering to the highest customer care standards within a demanding environment
- Experience of working on change and transformation projects
- Knowledge and experience of working in Eastern Europe is desirable but not essential
- Experience of working in the IT sector/Technology/Consultancy
- Experience of working with remote teams and offshore models
- German and English language skills
