    Your Tasks

    • You will be located on site in Hilden (Germany) or in Wroclaw (Poland) and set the direction for QIAGEN’S digital ecosystem by driving the product vision and strategy of our eCommerce Channels, the customer engagement portal My QIAGEN and QIAGEN.com
    • You will manage, mentor and empower a team of 5 Product Owners to manage the interface between IT and business, orchestrate Squad goal setting process, foster great cross-functional teamwork and adherence to agile development processes
    • You will be responsible for validating & prioritizing demands from QIAGEN’s business areas, assess business benefits & IT complexity, build product roadmaps together with your PO-team and help turn business demands into realities.
    • You will ensure our digital products keep running at high benchmark service levels to maintain state of the art digital capabilities and continuously drive improvement
    • You will partner with the head of digital sales channels, the field teams, the UX teams and analytics to facilitate achievement of both business and technical goals.
    • You will track progress, create transparency and manage communication within the digital accelerator and towards leadership about IT-releases and their monetization
     

    Your profile

    • You have at least 2+ years of experience leading digital product development teams. Experience in industry is considered a plus.
    • You have a related business educational background (computer science or business administration) with Min. of Bachelor of Science / Arts, Master’s degree preferred
    • You bring a solid track record of agile product development and its implementation (Scrum) in a cross-functional and international environment with a “continuous improvement and growth” mindset; Scrum certification is considered a plus.
    • You have a very strong business acumen (ideally for B2B eCommerce) with solid understanding of web analytics funnel data, user journeys, A/B testing and are passionate about digitalization, IT-strategy, and new digital business models
    • One of your strength is finding your way through ambiguous situations with creativity and problem-solving skills as well as communication skills in English; German and/or Polish knowledge is considered a plus.
    • Having the ability to inspire forward thinking, lead discussions, and convince through narrative and rigor as well as having the understanding that your success depends on strategic partnerships and are therefore a highly collaborative team player completes your profile
