    Your Team:

    What is the goal of our sales team? That' s clear: step by step we want to make Statista the number one source of information for making fact-based decisions in both established and new markets. Our team is diverse and international - just like the Statista platform. Together, we ensure that our customers are happy and well-informed about the numerous established and continuously evolving options on Statista.com.

     

    Your Tasks

    • Pitch Statista to potential and existing customers for the market Korea
    • A self-starter with strong ownership and accountability to achieve revenue targets independently and quickly
    • Acquiring new business and further developing our B2B client base
    • Proactively develop sales opportunities within the industry and allocated territories 
    • Identify prospects and communicate effectively on our value propositions clearly and concisely.
    • Consistently deliver individual sales targets every month
    • Draft, conceptualize and share new sales campaigns and ideas within our growing team
    • Ability to identify customers’ pain points quickly and recommend suitable solutions to the customer to create a win-win situation. Throughout the process, provide a high level of customer service, display an ability to build strong relationships and achieve a deep understanding of customers’ commercial objectives and motivations accurately.
    • Work as a liaison between the sales team, customers and other departments at Statista (research team, product team, etc.)
     

    Your Profile

    • MUST-Have: Fluent (both verbal and written) in Korean and English
    • Outbound B2B direct sales experience / experience in acquiring new business
    • Ability to negotiate with C-level clients 
    • Good telephone manner
    • Experience dealing with clients from the advertising, finance, FMCG sector will be an advantage 
    • Experience dealing with SalesForce will be an advantage 
    • Extroverted and professional character with an ability to put yourself in your customers' shoes
    • Desire to be part of a rapidly expanding business
    • Dedicated, hard and passionate worker & good time management skills
    • Willingness to undertake business trips
    • Valid German residence and work permit is required
    • Valid work permit allowing to work legally for minimum 18 months
