Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager

Job Description:
1. Complement Manager's decision to any case if needed.
2. Follow and keep up to date with the reconciliation in Accounting & Finance
3. Ensure monthly closing schedule run smoothly
4. Monthly Financial Reporting for Management, Investor, and Regulator
5. Conduct Financial Modelling (Projection and Valuation)
6. Weekly and Monthly Reporting to Bank Indonesia (BI)
7. Analyze most effective and efficient workflow for FAT Department
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Tax /or related fields
2. At least 3-5 years of working experience at finance, accounting, tax, and related fields.
3. Deep understanding on local GAAP and IFRS
4. Strong technical skill of accounting, finance, and tax principle & procedure
5. Strong analytical thinker and detail oriented
6. Strong team player that able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a startup environment
7. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
8. Having experience in a Startup / Fintech Company is a plus
