    SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

    • Position: City Coordinator – Operation Division
    • Location: Bandung Area
    • Salary: Rp 5.250.000 – Rp 6.000.000

    Deliveree is seeking ambitious, hard-working, and career-focused candidates who have recently received their undergraduate degree from a recognized university in Indonesia or abroad. All majors are welcome to apply. 

    To qualify, you must have a strong interest in business or operations in a logistics technology environment. You must be willing to work very hard in a fast moving, accelerated environment with your career development as your top priority. 

    Our City Coordinators are mobile across Java and spend their time in Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, or Surabaya which are all major expansion cities for Deliveree. The work is heavily weighted towards supply chain management. The role is very operational that we will expect you to be mobile and able to travel within the selected area.     • Visiting warehouses, logistics facilities of corporate clients to understand and document their cargo and trucking requirements.
    • Recruiting, training, setting up new drivers/trucks for business accounts in accordance with their requirements.
    • Monitoring, managing, quality controlling ongoing service delivery to key corporate accounts.
    • Building brand awareness and revenue channels to facilitate business growth.
    • Handling other ad hoc responsibilities for various departments related to the city you are assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Undergraduate GPA 3.0 or higher from recognized university, any major
    • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience
    • English skills TOEFL 500 or higher
    • Excellent speaking and writing skills
    • Self-motivated, independent, and hard working
    • Strong reasoning, logic, and analysis skills
