Job Description

• Grow and maintain relationship with customers from Wholesalers to Smaller Stores in area
• Create effective strategy to achieve company’s target
• Find new customers or potential business partner/clients
• Execute sales action plans and liaise with marketing department for advertisements
• Grab insight from the field about market trends, feedback and customers need in the field to the management
• Analyze and evaluate effectivity of existing Sales & Marketing program

 

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from any major
• At least 3 years of experience as sales supervisor in Consumer Goods or Cigarette Industry, Tech Start-up industry is an asset but not a requirement
• Having great analytical skill, organizational skill and problem solver
• Good communicator both in English or Bahasa
• Having experience in handling GT & MTI channel
