We are looking for an engineer manager to join the Universal app development team to expand user experience, improve collaboration and communication in the workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Web developers, build and coach members' career paths
• Improve engineering quality and efficiency
• Drive technical roadmap and direction
• Strike a balance among engineering, design, and business

Qualifications:
-Three years of Web development experience
-Experienced with Agile development practices
-Knowledge of engineering and product metrics

Plus to have:
-Familiar with backend development
-Familiar with AWS or similar IaaS.
-Good sense of humor, capable of creating psychological safety
