What you will do :
- Consistently lead our analysts towards producing research contents that will significantly assist the decision-making process of our customers
- Create Go-To-Market strategies and innovate on ways to best deliver/package our analysis to clients
- Maintain product vision and ensure end products are aligned with the company’s business objectives
- Work hand-in-hand with non-research departments such as CX, Education and Engagement for feedback, innovation and measurement of said product
- Manage organic content guidelines, coordinate with content providers and be able to A/B test before pushing any strategy to production
What you will need :
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Economics, Finance, Statistics or any other related field
- 2+ Years’ experience as an Economist, Fixed income Research Analyst, Technical Analyst, Investment Manager or Economics/Financial Market Journalist
- Understanding of the global economy and what its correlation with the FX Market is
- Essential - Intermediate level knowledge of technical analysis is a plus
- Understanding of KPI’s, OKR’s and key metrics in measuring product success
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use creative approaches to prove solutions through data
- Familiar with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, with a background in SEO is a plus
- Excellent organizing and presenting skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
