Despite the pandemic, our volumes and customer base has been growing steadily and we are looking to scale up our Brand and Marketing team in order to support this growth. Are you up for the challenge?

What you will do:

1. Write clear and compelling copy to describe products for various platform and communication channel (Application, Web, Email, In-app message, etc)
2. Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
3. Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content
4. Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience and business objective, turning insights language that sets our users up for success 
5. Ensure all content we produce is true to the product and consistent with our brand
6. Collaborate with designers to create appealing visuals that complement text

 

What you will need:

1. At least 3 years of creative writing experience as copywriter in FinTech, digital advertising agency or eCommerce (must provide portfolio of work/writing samples)
2. Experience working with web or mobile based products and services, and producing copies for digital product and/or content and/or marketing communications.
3. Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
4. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
5. Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
6. Willingness to learn about finance, more specifically forex.
