Job Description

• Lead and build out a new marketplace and SaaS business unit / product for 150,000+ small-mid B2B FMCGs; reporting directly to the CEO
• Manage and accountable for P&L of business unit to manage cashflow, revenue, and eventually profit
• Devise strategies and coordinate all functions within team to adopt SaaS and commerce systems
• Build partnerships to tap into distribution networks of wholesalers and merchants

Requirements

• Someone who has at least 4+ years in direct management (managed teams)
• Someone who has managed a budget before
• Has worked in Top Management Consulting (McKinsey, Bain, and BCG) and/ Senior Leader in FMCG companies
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Has shown great initiatives of launching new products within a reasonable time frame (6 months or less)
