REQUIREMENTS;

• Female max 30 years old
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design
• Minimum 1,5-2 years of working experience in the Fashion Design field (preferably fashion kidswear)
• Able and proficient in calculating consumption ratio
• Have a good work ethic, proactive, great time management & communication skills
• Passionate and an enthusiast in the Fashion Design profession
• Good taste of design is a must
• Team player, strategic thinking, creative, innovative, self-motivated
• Detail oriented, result oriented, business oriented
• Having good energy and growing mindset
• Willing and abble to work with tight deadline
• ABLE TO JOIN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
• Placement: Muara Karang Raya, North Jakarta (WFO)
• Working days: M-F (9-5)

JOBDESC:

• Designing children's & adult clothes according to the company's branding & target market
• Make an annual project timeline and make sure everything is according to the timeline
• Research, identify and keep updated with emerging fashion trends relating to designs, materials, fabric, colors, and design technique
• Sketch designs and selects fabrics, patterns, colors, etc
• Sourcing suppliers for fabric and materials
• Oversee production of samples, evaluate samples, and improve the design
• Research and identify trend directions & analyze collections, create concept design, collection theme & mood boards is in accordance with the company's branding & target market
• Willing to take part in photoshoot session

YOU WILL COLLABORATE WITH:

• Merchdiser to find & determine materials that match the design, check & ensure the production results are in accordance with the approved samples
• Content creator and Marketing to create a photoshoot
