You will be assigned to:

• Act as Talentics Inhouse Psychologist/Lead Consultant/ Subject Matter Expert and work closely with Sales Team
• Responsible for overall Project Management, supporting and leading the team to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure quality control of all reports and project deliverables
• Act as point of contact for client during projects (Customer Focus)
• Support the team in provide Recommendation/Analytics Reporting for client presentation upon delivery
• Develop and provisioning of case study for clients when needed.

What you will need:

• Graduated from Master's Degree in Professional Psychology.
• Have a license to practice (Surat Izin Praktik Psikologi)
• Joined as a member of HIMPSI
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an assessor
• Experienced in handling projects related to assessment centers and recruitment.
• Solid understanding in psychometrics and making psychological instruments.
