The skills and traits we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of commercial software development experience
• JavaScript/TypeScript and Solidity programming expertise. Python, C#, PHP, Golang experience is also acceptable. 
• Good understanding of the foundations of blockchain technology.
• Good understanding of the fundamentals behind smart contracts and  cryptocurrencies as well as security and other best practices in this  area.
• Understanding of both fungible and non-fungible tokens.
• Development experience in the blockchain/crypto space. Either by  leveraging existing tools/platforms/networks or by doing more low-level  blockchain work.
• Experience in developing Decentralized Applications (DAAPS) is a plus.
• Understanding of the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Experience developing multi-tiered scalable and secure web applications
• Intermediate English reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Stable internet connection and home computer
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Passion for technology

• Salary Range: Your starting salary is negotiable depending on your skills and experience.
• Contractors are paid monthly via wire transfer.
