Founded in 2020, FIT HUB’s  mission is to democratize access to Health and Wellness for all Indonesians. We believe that everyone should have access to improving their health and wellness, so we’ve built FIT HUB from the ground up to make exercising friendly, affordable, and fun for new gym-goers and fitness-enthusiasts alike. 

The Opportunity: 

In this role, you will be part of the Marketing Team. You will be responsible for expanding and strengthening FIT HUB’s Community. Your mission is to increase FIT HUB’s brand love by developing a feeling of belonging among Community members. Your goal is to create a vibrant space where people meet, make friends, workout and interact together. You will be expected to be agile, hands-on and willing to hit the ground with a growth mindset. You'll get a huge room of growth and opportunity to show your skills as you will help improve our brand presence and community in Indonesia. 

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate online and offline community-building initiatives.
• Engage audiences through various platforms.
• Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies that effectively support business and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver 360° initiatives.

What You Will Need:

• Experienced in executing BTL activities
• High agility, able to think and execute fast to match the competitive environment
• Strong event and project management skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• 1+ years experience in a fast paced role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant major or relevant experience.
• Able to work both independently and with other teams
