The Opportunity: 

In this role, you will be part of the Franchise Team. You will support the team to continuously find strategic locations for FIT HUB and help our partners choose the most potential area to grow their business. You will be expected to have great project management skills, full of initiatives, hands-on, and collaborative. You'll get a huge room for growth and opportunity to show your skills as you will help to recognize the opportunity to further increase the reach of our franchise product and bring satisfaction to our partners by delivering a great experience, while in the process also growing FIT HUB as a solid brand.

What You Will Do:

• Plan, search and map out possible locations for new gyms 
• Negotiate Rental Fee and review all Rental-related agreements
• Contacting potential tenant development for area (commercial, office, etc.)
• Conduct location Feasibility Study for clubs expansion

What You Will Need:

• 3+ years experience in Site Development
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work independently with others towards the same outcome and drive results.
• You have organizational and project management skills with a natural ability to break big tasks into smaller sub-tasks that can be monitored and tracked. 
• Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
• Required Skill(s) : Negotiation, Site Survey, Networking
• Superior verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
