The CMI role will have 2 areas of focus with high opportunities for growth and evolution.
A key focus would be drawing trends and insights from primary research, largely generated from 6Estates’ Artificial Intelligence Big data platform that mines for the relevant data which then automatically analyzes it. The CMI Executive/Manager will produce syndicated reports as well as custom reports with actionable insights to help our clients understand consumers for their business needs based on these data.
This position calls for an individual with strong skills in communication and analysis with creative thinking ability. We are seeking a highly resourceful and organized individual who possesses tenacity and ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
Requirements:
1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields.
2. 3-5 years’ experience in a role involving Market/Product Research, Consumer Insight, Market Intelligence, or Marketing/Communications/Media Planning with focus in the Asian Market.
3. Good knowledge of Quantitative and Qualitative Research techniques.
4. Familiarity with analyzing, interpreting and presenting quantitative and qualitative findings.
5. Self-starter and proactive, organized and an independent creative thinker; ownership of and effectively manage workload.
6. Flexible attitude and able to manage a number of different projects at the same time.
7. Love to learn new things and thrives in an environment of learning and growing.
8. Strong interpersonal skills; a team player: understand that relationships are critical to success and seeks to consistently add value, improve strategies and deliver feedback and support at all levels.
9. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
